How to place an order
Our goal is to make the process of doing business with us as easy and stress free as possible. The following are the available methods for placing your order:
Contact your Sales Representative
If you do not have an assigned Sales Representative please send us an email to Sales@USA-Wholesale.com and we will assign someone to assist you. If you already have an assigned Sales Rep. please contact them.
For in person purchases or orders, we require that you make an appointment with your assigned Sales Representative, or call or email us to schedule a suitable time to visit our facility.
If you have an assigned Sales Representative, email them directly. If you have not yet been assigned a Sales Representative send us an email to Sales@USA-Wholesale.com with the products and quantity you are interested in, contact information and shipping address, once we receive your email a Sales Representative will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the order details and arrange the method of payment and any other factor necessary to complete the order.

OUR ONLY PURPOSE IS TO DO GOOD BUSINESS.
The most important thing to know when dealing with companies such as ourselves that partially deal in Liquidation, Closeout, or Overstock products is that you need to expect to potentially receive a small percentage of items that are not in pristine condition. With that being said, we have several processes and methods in place to reduce the possibility of clients’ receiving damaged or unsatisfactory items in their purchases, but that is not to say that it is not possible and expected to receive a portion of an order with some items that have minor damages.

All goods are sold AS-IS, all sales are final. USA-Wholesale does not provide any guarantee or warranty whether expressed or implied on any products sold. We do not provide returns, refunds, or exchanges. We strive to consistently advertise and describe our offers as accurately as possible by means of Product Condition and other details, however, due to the nature of the business, it is not possible to provide this level of detail on all assorted lots or mixed makeup boxes.
The buyer must assume full responsibility over these risks prior to making their purchase.
If this risk is too great for you, simply purchase products that are exclusively Wholesale / Master Case. As explained here, Wholesale / Master Case items are in the original cases in which the manufacturer packaged them before they left the factory.
We highly encourage you to ask your assigned Sales Representative as many questions as possible regarding the lot or specific item that you are considering for purchase. Our Sales Reps are honest and will do their best to provide you with the information you need. Once you begin working with us you will realize that we put a lot of effort into everything and we would never intentionally mislead or deceive our clientele.
Visiting the Warehouse
At USA Wholesale we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of service and attention in the industry. For this reason we require clients to schedule an appointment prior to visiting our warehouse.
