operates under the INCOTERMS (International Commercial Terms) Term for Transport Mode Ex Works (“EXW”) which states that “Title and risk pass to buyer including payment of all transportation and insurance cost from the seller’s door. Used for any mode of transportation.” Meaning, USA Wholesale extends responsibility over the merchandise until the moment it leaves our warehouse, whether it is picked up by the client or picked up by a shipping company. The instance the merchandise is no longer in our warehouse we are no longer responsible for it.
In most cases, the client will be responsible for any and all processes related to shipment of the goods, for example:
Arranging the shipping or freight solution
Scheduling the pickup date and time of the order
Payment of all costs associated to shipping
Any customs clearance or import/export documentation
Any other process, cost, requirement for shipping
That is not to say that we do not have a wide variety of shipping solutions that we can assist you with and that our experience will not come into play in guiding you through your first order or even if you would like to compare your shipping rates to some of the companies that we work with.
However, USA Wholesale accepts and takes zero responsibility over shipping. Due to the fact that it is not our business, we simply can not take responsibility or liability over this process. The buyer is responsible for any and all costs associated.
If you are outside of the United States:
