We can ship anywhere within the 50 U.S. states. Shipments are dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days from confirmation of order. We offer competitive domestic rates and you can select between different shipping services from standard to expedited.

 

Responsibility Disclaimer:

USA Wholesale is only liable for your order and package until the point that it physically leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of the carrier. There will be no exceptions. Once the carrier has possession of the package, the ownership of the package is turned over to the buyer and USA Wholesale will not be held responsible or liable for any packages that are damaged, lost or stolen in the delivery process. Any claims or disputes must be made directly with the selected carrier. 

 

Orders flagged as medium or high probability of fraud

USA-Wholesale.com has automated fraud detection tools that determine the probability of an order being fraudulent at the moment it is placed based on a variety of criteria. Some of this criteria can include but is not limited to orders with a difference in the shipping and billing addresses, orders paid for using an international credit card, orders where the shipping and billing recipients vary or several other instances. USA-Wholesale.com does not have any influence or control over the judgement made by the fraud detection tools. When an order arrives marked as medium or high probability of fraud, the order will not be approved until we are able to speak with the customer and verify the payment method and user’s identification through several methods. If USA-Wholesale.com is unable to get in touch with the customer or if the customer does not wish to prove the validity of the payment within forty eight (48) hours of the order being placed, we will automatically cancel the order and issue a full refund automatically. The refund will take between five (5) to seven (7) business days depending on the financial establishment. Once the order  is cancelled, the customer will receive an email from USA-Wholesale.com notifying them of the cancellation.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

Claims for packages marked “delivered” yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.” 

Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Transit Times

We can ship anywhere within the 50 U.S. states. Shipments are dispatched from our facility in Florida within 1-3 business days from confirmation of order. Depending on the shipping method selected, orders can take anywhere from 2-8 business days to deliver after leaving our warehouse. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.


Shipping Fees

Shipment fees and charges are calculated based on the total weight, dimensions and destination. We offer competitive domestic rates and you can select between different shipping services from standard to expedited delivery.

 

P.O Box Shipping

If shipping to a P.O. Box, please select FedEx  Ground, however, the shipment will be done through USPS. If there is a difference in shipping cost, a Customer Service Representative will contact you before your order ships.

 

Local Pickup

If you would like the option to pickup your order from our facility, please contact us prior  to checkout and we will assist you in arranging a pickup appointment. 

 

Invalid Address

In the event that packages are returned to us because of an invalid, incorrect or undeliverable shipping address provided to us by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges of resending the package to the corrected address. 


Lost/Stolen Packages

Tracking information shows delivered but can’t find it? - If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, please consider these options and steps.

Check outside. The carrier may have left the package in a safe place around the property. See if someone else accepted the delivery, many times a friend or family member will accept the package and forget to tell you. Sometimes carriers may make a mistake and make delivery to a neighboring location, please check with your neighbors and surrounding area. 

The last option is to contact the carrier directly and file a claim for a missing package. 


🌏   International Shipping Policy

Customers always have the ability to use their own freight forwarder as long as they have a shipping address within the United States.

International shipments, whether placed through our website or directly with one of our representatives, are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. This includes, but is not limited to, costs associated with importation, taxes, customs clearance, or any other associated costs.

USA Wholesale is only responsible for your order until the moment it physically leaves our facility. There will be no exceptions. Once the carrier has possession of the package, ownership of the package passes to the buyer and USA Wholesale is no longer for any package that is damaged, lost or stolen in the transit or delivery process.

If something happens while the order is in transit, we will be happy to help you work with the shipping company to find a resolution; however, not all situations are valid if presented to the shipping company. Please note that the final decision is solely at the discretion of the shipping company.

In the event that the Buyer provides incorrect information when placing the order, be it the name, address or any other information, any additional costs incurred will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. USA Wholesale does not accept any responsibility for incorrect information provided by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for understanding all laws and regulations related to shipping to their country.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the shipment. In some cases, the shipping may calculate incorrectly and an adjustment to the shipping costs may be necessary. This can lead to the customer having to pay the difference or USA Wholesale having to credit the customer in the case that the shipping was cheaper than what the customer paid.

Insurance coverage varies by country. Only certain countries and companies offer the option to add insurance. Some countries already include insurance while others require that the Buyer notify us to add it. If you want to add insurance, this will be an additional cost calculated once the order is paid for. If insurance is available for the country you wish to ship to and you wish to add insurance, the Buyer must email us requesting to add insurance within 24 hours of having placed their order. For more information or to add insurance, please email customerservice@usa-wholesale.com.

If you wish to return your order, all costs associated with returning the order are the responsibility of the Buyer. Upon receipt of the return, we must inspect the order to make sure the products arrived in the same condition as when they were shipped. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for products eligible for return.

Mixed Makeup Lots cannot be returned. Mixed Makeup Lot sales are final.

 

Responsibility Disclaimer:

USA Wholesale works with a few international carriers in shipping to select countries. Although USA Wholesale may collect payment for these shipping charges, we are not liable or responsible for the package once it has left our facility. The liability of the package is held with the carrier performing the shipping service, any and all claims of lost or damaged packagesMUST be made directly with the carrier. 

USA Wholesale isNOT responsible in any way for any taxes, duties or fees associated with the customs clearance process for your country. The buyer is wholely responsible for being aware and knowledgeable of any and all importation regulations, laws or requirements for the country the goods are being shipped to. For more information on how customs taxes, duties and fees are calculated for imports into your country, please contact your local customs authorities. 

 

Cost: $ 100.00 USD per standard box. This covers the cost of shipping from Miami, Florida to Santiago, Chile for a single box where the order can be picked up at the shipping company’s warehouse. If you are outside of Santiago, the final shipment will be made through Starken, the buyer is responsible for the additional cost of the final shipment.


Transit time: ~ 30-60 days from Miami to Santiago

Note: For Chilean orders placed through our website, the website will only charge the cost of shipping 1 box. If your order consists of more than 1 box, the cost of ($100.00 USD per box) shipping the additional boxes will be charged prior to the scheduled shipment date. Only cargo which shipping is paid for will be shipped. Shipments to Chile occur once a month. USA-Wholesale.com has no influence or control over shipping dates or delays that may occur. It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been prepared. Upon arrival, the shipping agency will provide you with the address for the pick-up from their warehouse. Agency staff will contact you with more information. If you are outside of Santiago, responsibility transfers from the shipping company to Starken at the moment Starken takes possession of the order.

 

Cost: $ 5.50 USD per pound, they charge a minimum of 10 pounds even if the order weighs less than 10 pounds.


Transit time: ~ 5-10 business days


Additional insurance: Optional, 5% of the order value, only covers total loss. Please contact our team within 24 hours of paying for the order if you are interested in adding insurance.


Tracking: Available. Orders take 1 to 3 business days before they are ready to ship. We will notify the Buyer at the moment the shipping label is created, however, the tracking will not update until the carrier has possession of the order .


Note:

 

Cost: $ 10.30 USD per pound, they charge a minimum of 15 pounds regardless of the weight of the order. Additional cost of $10.30 per pound for orders that weigh more than 15 pounds.


Transit time: ~ 20-35 business days


Additional insurance: Optional, 5% of the order value, only covers total loss. It only covers the shipment to Ipiales, Colombia. Once the shipment has left Colombia for Ecuador, there is no insurance coverage. Please contact our team within 24 hours of paying for the order if you are interested in adding insurance.


Tracking: Available. Orders take 1 to 3 business days before they are ready to ship. We will notify the Buyer at the moment the shipping label is created, however, the tracking will not update until the carrier has possession of the order. Tracking is only available to Ipiales, Colombia. Once the order leaves Colombia for Ecuador, it will no longer have tracking. .


Note: If the shipment weighs less than 15 pounds, the cost will still be based on 15 pounds. If the weight exceeds 15 pounds, the additional cost per pound will be $10.30 USD. Example: If the order weighs between 0 and 15 pounds, the cost will be $154.50. If the order weighs 20 pounds, the cost would be $206.00.

Cost: $ 35.00 USD for our standard box measuring 20x16x11 inches.


Transit time: ~ 15-21 business days


Additional insurance: Optional, 5% of the order value, only covers total loss. Please contact our team within 24 hours of paying for the order if you are interested in adding insurance.


Tracking:Available. Orders take 1 to 3 business days before they are ready to ship. We will notify the Buyer at the moment the shipping label is created, however, the tracking will not update until the carrier has possession of the order.


Note: In the event that the order can be prepared in a smaller box, if the shipping cost is less than what is charged, we will give you a credit for the difference.

 

Cost: $3.30 USD per pound + $12.00 USD for insurance. They charge a minimum charge for 15 lbs.
